We aim to be straight forward, professional, thorough and affordable, bringing projects in on time and on budget. We do not play games with copyright or ownership. Your website is yours, because you have paid for it!

We take the time to listen, we try very hard to understand and we hope to offer a 3rd party objectivity to any projects with which we are involved. We will not communicate with jargon and we try very hard to keep our clients well informed at all stages of a project.

The project

We take a brief, listening to and advising our clients. We formulate a clear understanding of our clients’ requirements and preferences.

At this stage we write a proposal document, which details the scope of the project, providing costings, time scales and outlining the various stages of the project. On approval of the proposal we make a start on the design of the website.

The Design

Our websites are all custom built, which means that we have a great deal of flexibility at the design stage. As the layout of the website takes shape, we create visual proofs which we present online to our clients. We look for feedback, make any changes and move into the build stage, only when our client is ready.

The Build

After the design has been signed off, we then create the website’s bespoke template and style sheets. At this stage we look to the client for content and we then populate the website. As the build progresses our clients are able to see their site on line. On completion of the build, we manage any hosting & domain administration before we launch.

After Your Website is Launched

Having invested time and money into a new website, it is important that your organisation takes ownership of a powerful working resource and that you have all the necessary skills in place to make the best possible use of it. In order to put you in the driving seat, we build into our service, CMS training (Content Management System) and our clients receive CMS reference tutorial documents.
